## Shading Generation

<figure><img src="https://367146355-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FsMjkLQjMXtWEVbJXqPGR%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-57e4ee4f06ecc6745d1f3486cf209ce53eb79479%2F02%20(1).png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Enable the Assistant in the toolbar, select the area where you want to generate shading, and click the Generate button.
* You can adjust the shading direction by setting the light source position.

## Generation Guide

* You can select the model to use for shading generation. The provider and token cost are shown for each model.
* Shading generation currently uses a non-training Gemini model.
* Explicit depictions of sexual acts may be restricted from generation, depending on the generation model's guidelines.
* The AI Assistant can make mistakes, so human review is required.
* For the best output quality, please check the area selection guide.

## Shading Color

<figure><img src="https://367146355-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FsMjkLQjMXtWEVbJXqPGR%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-65ebd0cc5627c7f08cfd6ee2f8a4fa7f063e57bb%2Fassistant-color.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* You can change the shading color to preview it.
* Setting it as the default applies the project's default shading color.
* When downloading outputs, they are downloaded based on the changed shading color.

## Download

* Downloads include only the shading, without the reference line art.
* When editing or coloring in an editing program, please set the shading layer to \[ Blend Mode - Multiply ] before working.
* You can download as follows.
  * All: Downloads all selected areas separated by page.
  * Page: Downloads all selected areas on that page.
  * Area: Downloads that area.
* When downloading by All or Page, you can download as a merged output or as separated outputs.

This has the advantage of allowing layer separation when shading is generated in overlapping areas.</td></tr></tbody></table>
