# Exporting

Members who can export are:\
Members with **`Full Access`**, **`Manage`**, or **`Edit`** permission in the project\
Members with **`Manage`** or **`Edit`** permission in the project process.

Export is a feature that extracts the outputs included in a version at the desired size and format for download.

## Export File Name

* The name of the zip file to download. The default is **`Project name`**, **`Episode Number`**, **`Process`**.

## Export Method

### Fixed Size

* Extracts pages separately at the entered width / height size.
* By default, it is set to 720px wide and 1100px tall.

### Keep Ratio

* If you enter only the width, each page is extracted scaled to match the entered width.

### Original

* Extracts at the same size as the originally uploaded file.

## File Settings

* Select the JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
* Select the quality of the image file.
* If you enter a prefix, the file name is set as **`Prefix`**, **`Order`**.

## Including Thumbnails

* If you include thumbnails, the thumbnails registered in the Thumbnail tab are shown.
* Checked thumbnails are extracted together.

## Text Process

* Uses the same **`Export`** modal, but the screen layout differs.
* Only **`Select Process & Version`** and **`Export File Name`** are shown, and the extension is fixed to **`.pdf`**.
* The Page / Thumbnail tabs and the size, quality, and file format options are not shown.
