# Feedback

## Creating Feedback

* Feedback is possible in **`Default mode`** and **`Compare`**.
* Press the keyboard **`F`** or click the Create Feedback button in the toolbar.
* Specify the area you want feedback on, then click Done Selecting.

### Feedback Priority

* You can set the feedback priority to Recommended / Suggested / Required.
* Required priority is available only to members with **`Manage`** or higher permission.

### Including Drawing

* If you include drawing, you can write feedback with a drawing in the feedback area.

### Visibility Status

* You can set the visibility status when writing feedback.
* Private: Only the author can view it until it is made public.
* Partially Public: Visible only to members with Can Edit or higher permission for that process.
* Public: Visible to all members who can view it, and a notification is sent when it becomes public.

## Editing Feedback

* Click the More button on a feedback item, then click Edit to edit the feedback.
* Only the author can edit their feedback.

## Deleting Feedback

* Click the More button on a feedback item, then click Delete to delete the feedback.
* Feedback Deletion Permission
  * The user who wrote the feedback
  * Members with **`Full Access`** or **`Manage`** permission in the project
  * Members with **`Manage`** permission in the project process

## Feedback Comments / Reactions

* You can add a comment to written feedback or react with an emoji.
* When entering a comment, you can include text or a drawing.

## Publishing Feedback

* Feedback saved as a draft shows a Publish button.
* You can publish individually from a feedback item, or click the Publish All Drafts button at the top of the feedback list to publish all drafts you have written.

## Feedback Status

* If the assignee has completed the work after reviewing the feedback, clicking the check icon next to the More button on the feedback item changes it to the completed status.

## Text Process

Members who can see and click feedback underlines are:\
Members with **`Full Access`**, **`Manage`**, **`Edit`**, **`Edit (Limited)`**, or **`Comment`** permission in the project\
Members with **`Manage`**, **`Edit`**, **`Edit (Limited)`**, or **`Comment`** permission in the project process.

* Drag to select the desired range in the body, then leave feedback. While editing, use **`Feedback`** in the formatting toolbar; while reading, use the **`Feedback`** button shown on the selected area.
* You can write feedback even on documents that are completed or in a closed process.
* Sections with feedback are shown underlined in the body, and clicking them opens the details.
* If the quoted section disappears because another member edited it simultaneously, a **`The selected text has changed, so feedback cannot be added`** notice is shown.
