<summary>2026-08-05 · [General] Notice on Transition to Paid Service and Payment Method Registration</summary>

Creco will transition to open beta and paid service starting **August 18, 2026**. To avoid any inconvenience at the time of transition, please **register your payment method by August 17**.

**How to Register a Payment Method**

* **\[Workspace] → \[Settings] tab → \[Register Payment Method]**
* Only cards can be registered.
* Once registration is complete, Pro seats will be automatically assigned based on the members eligible for seats at the time of the paid transition.
* If you need to adjust the number of seats or remove unused members, please review your workspace member settings before the paid transition.

If a payment method is not registered by August 17, 2026, usage may be restricted starting from the paid transition date.

**Recurring Billing Date**

* Unless you request otherwise, the recurring billing date will be set to **the 18th of each month**.
* If you have a preferred billing date, please let us know at <official@creco.so>.
* The recurring billing date can be changed in workspace settings after the subscription service is applied.
* If the recurring billing date is the 1st, the first payment will be prorated from August 18 to August 31.
* Assistant usage resets on the recurring billing date each month.
