# Member Management

## Inviting Project Members

* Members with **`Full Access`** or **`Manage`** permission in the project can invite members to the project.
* When you invite someone, an invitation email with a sign-up link is sent, and the sign-up link expires after 7 days.
  * If the person is already a Creco member, no invitation email is sent, and they are invited immediately.
  * If the sign-up link has expired, you can re-invite them using the **`Resend`** feature if needed.
* When a member is added to the project, they are added to the workspace with Guest permission.

## Changing Project Member Permissions

* Members with **`Full Access`** or **`Manage`** permission in the project can change project member permissions.
  * You can change permissions per process within the project.
* Members with **`Manage`** permission cannot change the permission of members with **`Full Access`** permission, or change another member to Full Access permission.
* You can also change the permission of a member who is still being invited.
* You can also change the permissions of multiple members at once.

## Removing Project Member Permissions

* Members with Full Access or Can Manage permission in the project can remove project member permissions.
  * You can reset process permissions in the project; once reset, the project permission applies.
* Users can also remove their own permission.
  * However, if there is only one member with **`Full Access`** permission in the project, this is only possible after granting **`Full Access`** permission to another member.
* You can also remove the permissions of multiple members at once.
