# Suspending and Resuming Subscription

You can check and manage the subscription suspension status under the header **`Settings`**.

Workspace **`Owner`** or **`Admin`** can suspend and resume the subscription.

## Suspending Subscription

* Clicking **`Cancel subscription`** lets you schedule the suspension of the subscription and payment.
* After scheduling the suspension, the status is shown as **`Scheduled for cancellation`**.

## Cancelling a Scheduled Suspension

* While suspension is scheduled, clicking **`Revert cancellation`** lets you continue using the subscription.

## Resuming Subscription

* While the subscription is suspended (**`Subscription canceled`**), clicking **`Resume subscription`** lets you resume it.
* Even if the subscription was suspended due to continued payment failure, you can resume it from the same screen. See [Constraints](/docs/guide/en/subscription/constraints.md) for guidance on payment failure.
* Resuming the subscription lets you check your payment method and proceed with re-payment.

Once the subscription suspension actually takes effect, <mark style="color:red;">all access is immediately restricted</mark>.\
If the suspended state continues for a certain period, the workspace may be deleted, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
