# Constraints

## Unassigned Seat

* Members who have a permission that requires a seat (workspace **`Member`** or higher, or project **`Edit (Limited)`** or higher) but have not been assigned a seat are shown as **`Seat assignment required`**.
* Your own screen shows a **`This member has a role that requires a seat assignment.`** notice, and an admin needs to assign you a seat for normal use.
* You can check seat assignment in [Seat Management](/docs/guide/en/subscription/seat.md).

## Payment Failure Notice

* If a recurring payment fails, a **`The payment attempt failed.`** banner is shown, and you need to check your registered payment method.
* You can continue using the service normally during the payment retry (grace) period (3 days).
* Clicking **`View billing history`** on the banner lets you check the payment failure details in [Billing History](/docs/guide/en/subscription/invoice.md).
* You can update your payment method in [Payment Method Management](/docs/guide/en/subscription/payment-method.md).
