# Payment Method Management

In the header **`Settings`** → left menu **`Manage Payment Methods`**, you can register cards, set a default card, delete cards, and manage billing information.

Workspace **`Owner`** or **`Admin`** can manage payment methods.

You must first save **`Billing Email`** in **`Billing Info`**. If it is empty, the card input window will not open even if you click **`Add Payment Method`**.

Recurring payment is processed using the registered payment method. See [Changing the Billing Date](/docs/guide/en/subscription/billing-date.md) to change the billing date, and [Billing History](/docs/guide/en/subscription/invoice.md) to check payment history.

## Adding a Payment Method

* Clicking **`Add Payment Method`** opens the external payment provider's (Toss Payments) authentication window where you can enter your card information.
* Only cards can be registered (bank accounts and simple payment are not supported).
* You can register up to 3 payment methods.
* Registration is complete once it appears in the list.

## Default Payment Method

* Select **`⋯`** → **`Set as Default`** on a card entry to set it as the default payment method.
* The card set as default shows the **`Set as Default`** badge.
* Recurring payment is processed using the default card.

## Billing Information

* **`Billing Email`**: The email address to receive payment history and receipts.
* **`Billing Address`**: Billing address information consisting of country / postal code / name / city / address line 1 / address line 2.
* The change is applied only after entering the info and clicking **`Save Changes`**.

## Deleting a Payment Method

* Select **`⋯`** → **`Delete`** on a card entry to delete it.

A deleted payment method cannot be recovered.
