# Creating a Workspace

Creating a workspace proceeds in 3 steps: **`Basic`** → **`Select plan`** → **`Payment`**.

## Basic Info

* **`Workspace name`**: The workspace name (up to 20 characters).
* When registering a logo, you can specify the desired area with **`Crop Logo`**.
* After entering the info, clicking **`Next`** moves you to the next step.

## Selecting a Plan

* Select the plan and usage to use. See **`View plan details`** for plan details.
* The **`Recurring payment amount (VAT not included)`** based on your selection is shown together.

## Payment

* Check the payment amount and payment method.
* If you have a coupon, you can apply it at **`Enter coupon code`**.
* You can specify the recurring billing date at **`Select billing date`**.
* Check **`Estimated recurring payment amount`**, **`Amount due now`**, and **`VAT`**, then proceed.
* Assistant usage resets on each recurring billing date.
* Clicking **`Pay`** if payment is required, or **`Creation Complete`** if not, completes workspace creation.
